Terms & Conditions

A) Duration & Termination

This service STARTS after receiving the payment of STEP 1 and ENDS in either of the following: (1) Failure on STEP 1 for uploading a mark/logo that consists of a religious flag/symbol, or a country flag, or an offense mark to the public values/morals; (2) Receiving APPLICATION failure report (for any reason) during STEPs 1, 2, 3, 4; (3) Nonpayment on time during STEPs  2, 3, 4.  (4) Receiving APPLICATION FAILURE reports during STEPs 2, 3, 4.

b) Limitation of Liability

Reload Page Mobile Platform is not liable for any delay of processing the APPLICATION (1) by the national trademark office (2) the delay as a result of war, natural disaster, or any other force majeure matters.

c) Acceptance of the Use of Application

Reload Page By continuing the use of Reload Page   Mobile Platform, the applicant explicitly accepts all the terms and conditions herewith otherwise the applicant should STOP using   Reload Page Mobile Platform. 

d) Applicant’s Authorizes Reload Page Mobile Platform to Modify the APPLICATION

Applicant authorize and provides the full power of Reload Page Mobile Platform to use its expertise, evaluation, and to perform minor modification over the APPLICATION during STEP 1, 2, 3, 4 in order to avoid the rejection of the APPLICATION by the national offices. This explicitly includes the authority to perform all the necessary alteration, deletion, inclusion, and modifications over the APPLICATION’s Mark, Logo, or description of the goods/services.  The Applicant understand that this modification(s) as per this condition has been taken as a necessity by Reload Page Mobile Platform in order to sustain and keep the APPLICATION alive. The applicant therefore will unconditionally accept the final shape of the APPLICATION regardless of the changes made over the APPLICATION during any of the STEP 5. 

e) Failure of Application

Application may fail and not go through in each of the STEPs 2, 3, 4. The applicant accepts and agrees unconditionally that he will not request any refund for any payment that has been made before the APPLICATION’s failure.

f) Damages

Reload Page Mobile Platform is operating this application as per the applicant’s instruction and authorization to perform any modification necessarily to maintain the application alive. Therefore, the applicant confirm that Reload Page Mobile Platform is free of any direct or indirect damages or loss caused by the application as a result of the following:

  • Failure of the application
  • Delay of the application
  • Modification of the application

g) Government Law and Settlement of Disputes

The operation of this application is totally based on the trust, authority, and power given by the applicant to Reload Page Mobile Platform to do its best efforts for the registration of the applicant’s mark. The applicant has provided a full limitation of liability to Reload Page Mobile Platform. The applicant has the right to abandon the application at any stage STEP 1, 2, 3, 4,5. Therefore no dispute ever between the parties could occur. Both applicant and Reload Page Mobile Platform agreed on this non-dispute condition as a result of the APPLICATION and that neither party in any circumstances will sue the other party, take any legal action, file any case against him under any applicable law or in any applicable jurisdiction of any country.

h) Confidentiality

The trademark information provided by the applicant is subject to confidentiality and will not be used except for the purpose of registering the client’s mark.
